When I hold you in my arms
Everything in the world feels right
I know that I often tremble
As I caress you in the night
Such a simple act of love this is
Yet it makes my life complete
Holding you, looking in your eyes
At times I feel like I can't breathe
Even as silence surrounds us
No words are really necessary
For our hearts are still connected
In this sweet moment we are sharing

Time just seems to slip on past
