Magical memories from times in the past,
Engraved in my mind forever to last,
Remember the time that we cuddled at night,
With candles that flickered supplying the light.
Music played softly as dinner we eat,
We danced round the room together embraced,
With soft tender kisses between us love grew,
Nether could wish for the night to be through.
Then came the day that I sat and purposed,
I shook as I asked from my head to my toes,
The ring I gave you when your answer was yes,
Oh what a feeling that swelled in my head.
The big day arrived our vales we both took,
How proud was this man wow how you looked,
To the heavens I shouted out ever so loud,
Ecstatic I’d say I was floating on clouds.
The years have gone bye we’ve had ups and downs,
But magical memories can always be found,
Children you gave me have brought so much fun,
Not husband and wife but daddy and mum.
Our children are growing we watch as they play,
Help as they learn every year every day,
Each moment a memory to keep in my head,
To treasure forever till the day that I’m dead.
Here as I write with heart felt thoughts,
I thank God for you and all that you’ve brought,
For the life that you give me the children you bore,
Cherishing magical memories I’ve hundreds and more.
