I went astray wandering aimlessly
  after a mere setback,
And everything on this earth, as I recall,
  was a full black out;
I’m quite evasive to fall in love
  for fear of losing somebody once more,
I abhor to admit the truth
  because it might spell the difference again.

Then one day, you came along unannounced
  and ever patient,
You helped me take in shape
  in your own distinctive way;
And every time that I was down
  or totally disheartened,
You would always come around
  to get my feet back on the ground.

I am so grateful to the Prime Mover
  that you are in this terra-mid,
I’m very thankful you paint my world
  with your unique fellowship;
But to tell you honestly
  that from a mere comradeship,
Blooms the fact I can’t conceal,
  you’re the best of them all!
