The Move

A year ago today we made the move I found it hard to get in the groove.  We left behind beloved family and friends and somewhere in the process some odds and ends.  Florida is like a world away although the trip can be made in a day.  A schedule is in place, but it's not a race and I ask the age old question, “did I put on my face”?
We've become homeowners, landlords, tutors and bowlers and every once in awhile we'll be high rollers.  Changes we made and adapted we did as our dreams we pursue are coming true; and oh I feel like such a kid.
As we continue on our journey in life, I'm sure there'll be much courage and strife.  Whatever lies ahead I know, our hearts and souls will make us go.
As I tempt my hand here to write, my final words, I won't give up without a fight.
