Suffering in Christ

I Peter 5:10 & 11

God of all grace, who has called upon us,
To His eternal glory by Christ as promise;
At times you may suffer for a little while,
Tempting you a desire to stray and defile;
But actually giving you strength as to feel,
An inner peace that is restoring your zeal;
To Him be His glory and dominion forever,
Reigning within a relationship not to sever.
In life filled with trials and tribulations,
That disrupts our dreams and emulations;
Our minds wonder how God could permit,
Unjust deeds happening to one who is legit;
He is attempting for keeping us in check,
Along our pathway through life as we trek;
Giving us the means to making us strong,
From experiences staying with us for long;
The power of God is actually in our hands,
Putting together as our posture withstands;
That gives us a brand new outlook on life,
As God comforts us for to cope with strife.
