Picture this earth as a stage
With all of us playing a part.
Each of us acting a role
Putting into it all of our heart.
The pain that we suffer
The laughter we share
The memories we gather
The times that we care.
All of these things I believe
Are part of Gods great plan
To teach us a lesson in living
And in the process of man.
When lifes lights are dimmed
We stop acting the clown
Suddenly there`s darkness
And the curtain comes down.
Then just like an actor
When his days work is done
We take of our make-up
And then we go home.
We`ll meet once more
When we`ve played our part
It`s not the end
It`s just a new start
The start of a new life
Our old life is done.
A life everlasting
A life in the sun.
