I will admit that I am good with words
Speaking so intellectually it gets absurd
Yet it all ends when I hear your voice
My words come out as a giggly noise
You make my heart melt like butter
As you send my nerves into a shaken flutter
My pulse races and I can't help but wonder
Is that my heartbeat or is it thunder
A sweet innocent girl who is awfully shy
Can't still the desires that flash in her eyes
I try to think but you're all I think of
I fear I am certifiably crazy for your love
Yes I know that there isn't a cure
So this new temptation I must endure
I will no longer fight the love deep inside
