Rewarding PrayersMathew 6:5 & 6 When you pray, never try being a hypocrite, They will pray in church but never to admit; That it is all for show for everyone to see, Never even telling God what is their plea; They received their reward as it appears, Going through life not showing any fears; To pray, go into a room and shut the door, Praying in secret and let your soul outpour; When your Father sees in secret you pray, He will reward you in blessings to display. Why do you pray? I had some person ask, He said it looked like a burdensome task; In trying it once but he never even heard, No response from God not a single word; Asking if he listened, looking at me funny, Then said no time, for him, time is money; I told him he needed to find a quiet place, To commune with God receiving His grace; You'll feel your heart uplifted to rejoice, As you listen very close to His soft voice.
