Words of Life, Love and Praise

Desires Wings

Oh sweet harmonies at the end of the day-
subtile shades smear across the horizon
in grand tribute to a dying sun
lest it fall into dusk without applause.
Such austerity among the darkness
arise sweet moon - bright and hypnotic,
light my way, but not this heart
as I care not to see within this night.
Allow this hearts desires to slumber
for only there they may be granted wings
and the emotional agility to fly.
