Prisoners In Our Own Mind!

We don't need to be locked up in prison,
If we allow our heart and mind to be closed,
For we and only we have the power,
To curl up and die like a withered rose!

If we have negativity in life,
And are governed by our health,
Then all we do is cause heartache,
And a pain beyond all wealth!

Disability is only disabling,
If we allow it to be so,
So don't allow it, shake it off,
Let the positive feelings flow!

Don't be a prisoner in your own mind!
