Have you ever sat and waited,
for oh, just anything?
A person or a package,
or the silly phone to ring?
Waiting makes you crazy,
and even makes you shout!
You sit and watch the time pass,
or sit alone and pout!
The minutes are like hours,
and the time it goes so slow!
You pace the floor back and forth,
or look for things to throw!
You wonder is it worth it,
for all the nails you've bit!
Sitting there and waiting,
for Him, or Them, or it!
You think of all the time,
and hours spent debating,
why its always You,
doing all the waiting!!!
