A Moose On The Loose
A moose
On the loose,
Once danced
With a goose,
Around a
Cherry tree.
A perky
Young turkey,
With feathers,
Quite murky,
Sailed on
A silver sea.
A queen,
Very lean,
Once waltzed
With a dean,
Around a
Moonlit pool.
A tramp,
Awfully damp,
Stood under
A lamp,
And shivered
And shook
In the cool.
A nurse
With a purse,
Recited
A verse,
Beneath a
Steeple bell.
A brat,
Who was fat,
Once tied
Up a cat,
Then tossed it
Into the well.
A stork,
On a walk,
Was trying
To talk,
But could only
Sing in tune.
A dove
With a glove,
Soared high
Up above,
Within the light
Of the moon.
A silly
Young billy,
Once rode
On a filly,
Down to the
Farmer's gate.
A happy
Young chappy,
With fingers,
Quite snappy,
Strummed his
Guitar till late.
A goat
In a boat,
Soon started
To float,
So gently
Down the stream.
A king
On a swing,
Began to sing
As he tried
To lick
His icecream!
