Have you ever watched little fish, swimming in their bowl, always swimming endlessly, do you think they have a goal? Around and around in circles, or up and down they go, you should see the bubbles, that they sometimes blow. My daughter likes to watch them, go in and out their cave, when one day she yelled, "hey look my fish can wave". She named her fish by herself, and cute names you will see, one is Freckles, one is Big Eyes, and Goldie she makes three. Their home is full of colored rocks, coral and sea shells to, they need some plants for their bowl, maybe just afew. You have to feed and clean their bowl, but when all this is done, you can sit and watch them swim, it looks like so much fun. My Daughters full of questions, all about her fish, can they talk, why can't they walk, an can they make a wish? This is what my Daughter said, while sitting at her seat, "please promise Mommy, that my fish we won't eat". by...Debbie this is another true story put to rhyme written in the late 1970s Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem |
