Heavenly Judgment

Isaiah 33:17-22

Your eyes shall see the King in His beauty,
As your heart meditates a fearful mortality;
But a glorious Lord will be unto that place,
Where broad rivers be reflecting your face;
You won't see any gallant ship pass nearby,
But look overhead to see graceful birds fly;
Since you are where the Lord is our judge,
Also the lawgiver and not holding a grudge;
For He is also the King who is here to save,
Rescuing you from damnation of the grave.
Knowing of God as both our judge and jury,
Should actually take a lot out of the worry;
If you have a trust and faith is in our God,
Who reaches out to us all as being flawed;
All His judgment is also based on His will,
His rule and His grace He wants to instill;
He wants to save us rather than convict,
Still hope for us even though imperfect;
Because of my belief I can hardly wait,
Knowing that our God does hold my fate.
