A Sounding TrumpetI Corinthians 15:51-57 I show you a mystery for to loose sleep, And will not help you in counting sheep; But we shall all be changed as I testify, In a moment in the twinkling of an eye; A last trump as the trumpet shall sound, Seeing the dead come out of the ground; With mortal man shall put on immortality, That death is swallowed up in victory; For death no longer to have any sting, Which is sin that will no longer cling? Because the strength of sin is the Law, Thanks to God we can sigh a big awe; For giving victory through Jesus Christ, And bleed on the cross being sacrificed. Our appreciation must be shown each day, Vocal praising with song and as we pray; For the blessing that our Father has sent, Giving us the opportunity for us to repent; When you hear a sounding of the trumpet, It'll be too late to break the sinful habit.
