Every minister stands daily in reaching out,
Offering of a sacrifice to those who doubt;
Although knowing in never removing sin,
Because they have no moral self-discipline;
But of one man after He had been offered,
Sacrificed for sins as the one considered;
Now sitting at the right hand of the Father,
To those who believe is also their Brother;
His enemies as a footstool He be glorified,
Being perfected to those who are sanctified.
We are mere mortals far from being saints,
With human emotions filled with complaints;
For anyone of us who preaches the Gospel,
We are no different than any other pupil;
It's not an evangelist, who is able to save,
Raising you from the dead laying in a grave;
It is only Christ with the remission of sin,
Confessing from your heart deep within;
A preacher only a messenger of the Word,
Acceptance is with those who have heard.
