She May Have Led Me To Hell…But:Yes, she may have led me to hell, but: That's not where I will stay! For I will walk a different path, Starting from this day! She led me through that gate, yes, But now my life is in ‘my' hands, And so from today I open the gate, And walk into the promised lands! She will walk her own walk, Of that there is no doubt, But me, well I came back from hell, And let my anger out. And now I will walk into the light once more, No more tunnel of hell in the night, For I make my life what it is, just me! No other has that right! So though she led me through the gates of hell, I will not stay there for I'm now in control, More, I fight back with all my might, So once more I shall feel whole! It seems that was bottled up inside of me, And I didn't know it was there, But now I do, and so I've let it go! So for the past hurt, I don't really care! Because by the grace of God go I… And He deemed this life for me, What happens comes from Him alone, For a reason I don't yet see. But one day I will, for I tell you true, No matter the trials I face ahead… Nothing will ever beat me down, For I'm alive, I'm not yet dead! I believe my destiny is controlled by me, And that is why I now alter the path I walk, So head held high, and wheelchair straight! Now that ‘is' fighting talk!! Because I'm tough!!!
