The Bread of Life

John 6:29-35

In believing in the one that God has sent,
Will shed some light why you must repent;
Moses gave you not bread from heaven,
Only our Father to assure that is given;
For the bread of God which comes down,
Gives unto the world such a life renown;
Because Jesus Christ is the bread of life,
Whoever comes to Him is rid of the strife;
He who believes will not hunger or thirst,
And their guilt from sin will be reversed.
It is truly amazing having such a thought,
From the blood of Jesus it was bought;
An everlasting life as our sins to relieve,
As long as we confess and truly believe;
What an awesome feeling to really know,
After leaving this earth where we will go;
With hunger and thirst not have to worry,
No more fast pace world to rush in a hurry;
For the Bread of Life is a Heavenly food,
As love from God to us He has construed.
