Awash In The Blue
Blue waves washing
ocean-dust tears
over my uncertain seashore.
~~~~~~~~~~
I am a part of the wind,
the sea and the land
waiting for the blue waves
to wash over me,
bring me into the depths
of love and love's delights.
~~~~~~~~~~
I stretch across
the eons of time.
Waiting...
for a moment.
A sea nymph...I rise
out of the black depths
transported
upon dolphin warmth,
skimming the froth, playing
the depths, the long eternity.
~~~~~~~~~~
I hear him cry out
into the night,
a soul in search
of his soul mate.
~~~~~~~~~~
Blue waves awash
in ocean-dust tears,
my uncertain shorelines
ebbing with the tide.
