Welcome Home

Ephesians 2:17-20

He came and preached peace to everyone,
Telling us about our reward up in Heaven;
For through Him we have access in Spirit,
Unto the Heavenly Father as we inherit;
We are no longer strangers or foreigners,
Rather as fellow citizens and as brothers;
All of the same household as the saints,
Built on a foundation with firm constraints;
Molded from the prophets and apostles,
With plenty of room for all of the angels;
Never again for any of us to be enticed,
As the cornerstone being of Jesus Christ.
When we get to Heaven, then welcome home,
For there is no more need for us to roam;
No longer thought of as American or Korean,
Or any other race, for no one as an alien;
For in Heaven we are just one big family,
In a new life that'll be lasting eternally;
So welcome home to the eternal place,
Where our Heavenly Father issues grace.
