 Forever Night

Will the candle remain burning,
as this old world keeps turning?

Will the sky remain a brilliant blue,
as the light grows dim around You?

Will your courage still remain,
or will it distort you're tiny frame?

Will your sight still remain,
or will it die with the flame?

Will the laughter remain a joy,
that Mommy gives her little boy?

Will the future remain kind,
or will it be heartache You find?

Will the days remain light,
or will it be forever night??

shouldn't have wrote this feeling so low, but I did. My little 4 year old Grandson didn't get a good eye report, and my heart is breaking. He had eye surgury when he was 2 that we thought helped, but they told us Monday that he has almost no sight in his right eye, and they don't know how long the left eye will remain good, since he has to rely constantly on it. But we can't give up hope. His name is Jason,I call him my little Man.
