I'm on a trail of broken dreams,
endless heartaches, bitter screams.
A heart lies shattered on the floor,
scattered pieces forever more.
And each piece cuts like glass,
allowing no one else to pass.
Its the burdens that I bare,
for neglecting what was there.
Now I journey day and night,
all is lost I can't fight.
Broken promises endless schemes,
I'm on a trail of broken dreams.
