Relief from SinMatthew 1:18-21 The birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise, As Mary espoused to Joseph in God's eyes; She was with child from the Holy Spirit, For the Heavenly Kingdom He'd inherit; Not willing to make her a public ridicule, Joseph did not want her to look like a fool; But as he slept an angel come in a dream, Told him not to worry for not as it seem; A good of time as any for him in his life, Just taking Mary in marriage for his wife; So a son was born, Jesus was His name, To save His people from sin and shame. We are born with a negative spirit and sin, Meaning we do not have the trust within; For that is something that we have to earn, It is not just given away as you will learn; When Adam committed that dreadful act, Guilt replaced trust as a matter of fact; That is why we confess to prove our belief, As blessings from God will give us a relief.
