I've been thinking, Jayme,
About us, y'know,
I love you so much,
Why'd you have to go?
At the beginning of our end,
When we were first apart,
I was okay with it,
No broken heart.
But I thought it over,
Now it hit me strong,
I need you, girl,
I've needed you, all along.
I've been thinking, Jayme,
About us, y'know,

Why'd you have to go?
You kissd me, baby,
And I knew right then,
To leave you, Jayme,
Would be a downright sin.
But why'd you have to leave me, darling,
When you and I both know,
We're right for each other, aren't we?
I guess you don't think so.
Please take me back,
We'll start anew,
In our own little world,
Just me and you.
