Heaven Sent Rain
Small droplets dance onto my windowpane.
Glistening dew of heaven sent rain.
The sound of rain can lull me to sleep,
As I dream of the Lord watching over His sheep.
Darkened rain clouds start their travels in the air.
They are now welcomed answers to a poor farmer's prayer.
Pouring out from vast skies and wet to the touch
Falling rain quenches the crops that needed much.
Always remember God's water nurtures life .
Without it brings dust and roads filled with strife.
Walking in the rain while holding hands can be
A precious moment cherished by all that care to see.
There is nothing more lovely than the look of fresh flowers,
When newly christened by God's gentle rain showers.
James 5:18
And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain,
and the earth brought forth her fruit.
