Hit And Run

In an instant
His task was done
Meeting his target
With a hit and run

An imaginary bullseye
Painted upon my chest
Cupids arrow hit
Now I'm smitten at best

Everywhere I look
There is love all around
Especially in the eyes
Of this man I've found

Feet now are floating
A heart skips a beat
This girl is in love
To the highest degree

It was all so unexpected
Cupid and his sly way
Arrows of love shot so quick
My heart a target this day
