It Gets On My Nerves, When…It gets on me nerves when something is said, And it seems detrimental to me, And though I'm not in the least bit prejudiced, I feel have to have my say - you see… Now being gay just isn't a problem to me, For I don't judge people like that, But me cousin said something about being straight, And I nearly knocked him flat! Now suffice to say, before I continue, I have to tell it true from my heart… Tom, my lovely cousin who made the remark… Is gay himself, so these words I now impart! I haven't an issue with sexual gender, For it makes no matter to me, When all's said and done, we're all, human, And we should live - and let others be! But Tom said to me this night, That we straight females are…what can I say? Oh, yes. We are known as ‘breeders' By all the fellas who are gay! Now Tom, I love him to bits, But when we next meet be sure, I'm gona belt him black and blue for that, Just so he'll know the score! I mean, what he said did me head in, Of that I can't deny, But when we get together again, I'm gona make that flippin' lad cry! It gets on me nerves when something is said, That is detrimental to anything concerned, And I think from now on I can say… Tom's had one serious lesson learned. Or He's Dead Meat! And I Can Say What I Like ...Cos After All... I Changed His Nappies When He Was A Baby!! Right Tom!!! Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem |
