Sweet Dream Chronicles: Flowers And The Look
He knows how to push her buttons
But manages to get himself off the hook
As he walks up to her with the flowers he picked
And his best little puppy dog look
With a sweet soft voice he says forgive me
Though her hands are planted on her hips
Fighting off the smile that's breaking free
With a firm tautness to her lips
She can't help but take notice
As she deters her gaze to the ground
The dirt on the knees of his pants
And she knows then she is going to break down
So she accepts his bouquet picked with love
And she forgets that moments ago she was irate
She takes his hand and looks into his eyes
Kissing that look straight off of his face
