Picture Of Paris

I think of Paris
In the rain,
Young at heart,
And quite insane.

Life was sparkle,
Life was fun,
Life had hardly,
Yet begun.

So much before,
So much ahead.
Now that picture of Paris,
Hangs above our bed.

Joy Weare.
26th September, 2004.
