Deception
All the "reasons" led to this one
the lies that spun their web
hangs high on the ceiling so all can see
that grin has been replaced with a shock
it's all out in the open now, no turning back
you broke so many hearts you thought you were invincible
the secrets you kept only grew bigger
until one day it swelled all it took was a small pin to bust
than poof! there goes all of our trust
out the door standing in the cold
rain pours buckets I just can't seem to wash you off
just please go away! I wish I never seen your face
the coward finally saw the mirror
deception broke all the glass now I can finally see clearly
my time spent here is through.
