~Unwanted Pounds~
(Free Verse)

We did it one time for hunger and fun
It was so... uuummmmm so good we did it again
That's when I really noticed it was too late
New habits gave me all these unwanted pounds

But anyway we continue to make a stop there
Bad habits sometimes are very hard to break
Now I need to keep away since I can't even
Make it through one of those wide doors...

Going to one of those places for a quick bite
Sooner or later could give us a heart attack!
So we better stop soon all this foolish jazz
Or sooner than we think we'll end up inside A box

We all have done it for that first time
Good and bad habits all started that way
Look at me! poor me! now I  live on my treadmill
All those unwanted pounds I need them to lose

One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three
I guess for my sins with bloody sweat I got to pay
All those delicious hamburgers ooozing with so much fat
All have gone to my super-sized hips tummy and thighs!!!
