Its Along Way Up

1)I was just a wandering sinner, one more lost soul,
when I met this little girl, with a voice so big and bold,
she said take me by the hand, I'll introduce you to a friend.
put your trust in Him, you'll never be alone again.

2)Sitting in that quite church, the little girl by myside
now telling me the story, of why Jesus lived and died
she said "Mister can you feel it, He'll turn your life around",
and then she smiled and said, "Mister, I think your Heaven bound".

Its a long way up, but Heavens waiting there,
get down on you're knees, everlasting life you'll share
and its a short way down, when you don't believe
so don't listen to the Devil, He'll lie and He'll decieve.
