The Goblins Know!

Who knows what evil
lurks in the minds of men?
Perhaps, black terror or
sadistic mayhem!

The smell of fear rides
across the moonlit clouds
and slowly mingles with the
rising swamp gas floating
in greenish colored shrouds.

The sound of a lonely loon
taking flight, breaks the
silence of this frightful
Halloween night.

Ghosts and goblins appear
out of no where. Screaming,
hissing and booing. Scaring
everyone in the cool night air.

Halloween masks everywhere,
red ones, black ones, yellow,
blue and deep purple too.

Frankenstein, Wolfman, The mummy,
Casper the ghost, Yoda,  Darthvader,
Nixon, Carter, Kerry and Bush two,
frightful Monsters all dressed for the
Hollowed Ball.

Brightly lit Jack-O-lanterns on every
door step and Witches flying to and fro,
on their broomsticks painted black and gold.

Children and Grownups too, beware on this
night of fright, because of all the scary things
that go bump in the dark of night.  For who
knows what evil lurks in the minds of men?
The Goblins know! Heeeeeeeeee!

Trick OR Treat!!!
