Carry Me

My bones are fragile from lifes' trials
My love, I lack the strength to stand
A river I've cried from many a sorrow
Please wipe them with your gentle hand

My voice is softened to a whisper
From the times I chose to plead
I can not do this now on my own
Love, won't you please carry me

My hands are trembling like the breeze
And it has left my spirit shaken
So many turns I've made on this path
Some of those I should not have taken

So here I sit a lost beaten soul
Young at heart but I feel so weary
Until I can walk through this life again
Love, won't you please carry me
