Comfort of Salvation

Ephesians 3:14-19

Bowing knees unto the Father of our Lord,
Of whom every family receives a reward;
Wealth of His glory in Heaven and on earth,
Shown to all His chosen for all its worth;
Making you strong with power in His Spirit,
Within your hearts of salvation you inherit;
Faith in Christ has a place in your heart,
Deep rooted in love never letting to depart;
May the perception see exactly how deep,
Allowing you a knowledge of love to keep;
As with the love of Christ be in your soul,
For being as God Himself be made whole.
How we yearn having comfort in our God,
For we are far from perfect being flawed;
Knowing what awaits after all this strife,
Having such an assurance of eternal life;
Time will be coming when He will show,
Revealing all the secrets so we will know;
All of His wealth and power within a plan,
Through salvation includes me in His clan.
