Soul Cleansing Power

Hebrews 4:11-14

Allow no one go against God and His laws,
In willfully breaking as a judgment befalls;
The Word of God is living and full of power,
Sharp as a two edge sword of the endower;
Cutting through in dividing even your soul,
Piercing into your heart to see your goal;
Nothing is made which is not entirely clear,
For nothing on the outside as it may appear;
And through His eyes God sees our truth,
Right from the very start within our youth;
In having a great high priest is in Heaven,
Jesus Christ ensures our sins are forgiven.
Through confession as we admit our guilt,
Flows just as the blood of Christ was spilt;
And then as the Holy Spirit enters within,
Our soul cleansing and purifying will begin;
Daily reading of His Word keeps you clean,
Abiding in what you read makes it sheen;
You will given a bright and radiant glow,
That fellow Christians will see and know.
