I have experienced sexuality
within the shortness of life
Dwelling upon the stormy sea
uncertainty casting doubt upon youth
Escaping the grasp of the elderly
in forms of rebellion to be free
Creating a gap of identity
within the youth of Humanity's foundation.
What is gender?
the ability to identify each person's sex
Anchoring self in a place that means comfort
a threat to others is within their own insecurity
Unable to feel secure within their own being
without the support of the group.
To love with all your being
begrudging none the same goal
Leaving alone what does not concern you
giving the preference to others
Accepting not to advertise these differences
so hate will not dominate it's existence
Cherishing your choices
even when others don't approve.
Humanity is a jealous and insecure beast
hating and fearing what is not themselves
Destroying a claimed evil
where they see potential
Always sleeping within innocence
never wondering if they murdered themselves.
The mirror of hatred
the hatred of the possible you
Similarities of those differences
where the fear made each act true
Coward in conformity
the bravery within change
Bringing about new knowledge
with the ability to accept the unknowable.
