Forgiveness of Transgressions

Luke 12:8-12

Whosoever confesses Christ before others,
Christ recognizes him before His brothers;
Also give witness before the angels of God,
That Christ acknowledges you are no fraud;
If anyone about Christ they can not accept,
Christ is unable to admit on promises kept;
If you speak evil against the Son of man,
Your forgiveness from Christ that will span;
But if speaking evil about the Holy Spirit,
There will be no forgiveness for to inherit.
Sometimes people can be so ungrateful,
Our emotions can make us so hateful;
Christ had given His life on the cross,
In becoming as a sacrifice for the loss;
All He asks is to accept Him as savior,
Christ is willing to excuse your behavior;
But with the Holy Spirit is not the same,
The Spirit releasing not you from shame;
Not a loss still given a chance to confess,
The Holy Spirit shows how you transgress.
