Evolution?

In  all our veins, flows the blood of early man,
with all his wild instincts, desires, fears,
inhibitions and hidden rage.

For eons he slowly progressed, yet at times he has
quickly regressed and committed acts of savagery
that we thought over the many years had surely
been out bred. And at time he’s still acts like
a wild animal in a cage.

Who know which ones still possess the
eye of the tiger or the cunning of a wolf.
Beware, for there’s no way to tell who,
or when that wild animal instinct and
rage begins or ends.

Man…or animal?
Evolution or just hidden allusions?
