Luna's call.

Ghostly moonlight
Pervades my room
Shadow creatures
Sway in the gloom.

They seem to howl
Some incantation
To join with them
in Luna celebration.

Winged silhouettes
Playfully dance
Surround her aura
Beckon my advance.

Following their call
I am washed in light
My arms become wings
As I take flight.

Attracted like moths
We swim in her glow
Until she calls
For one to follow.

Guided to her
Upon notes of song
To take me whence
She first shone.

She is infinite
A beauty of time
I am a moment
Age can define.

I devote my life
Until I die
A shooting star
Across the sky.
