THE HOUSE (Free Style)( Halloween poem)

 Image

~The House~
(Free Style)

Silence, sheltered, came out by night,
Sullen passages, scurried 'round like a  bird,
And past the gates of the big house to the right,
Sat a creature, overwhelmed, by deep grief.
What was it that caused this figure's pain?
Creeping shadows revolved 'round and buried deep.
Unamed, unholy shadows raised up by all means.
As all of sudden the wind, also started to weep...
The solitary creature, gazed up at the sky
Remembering all those wonderful days of old,
When children's laughters brighten the day,
And when certain things, weighed more, than any gold.
The house inside, is silent, so much has changed,
As the wind started moan, all over the dead!
