God's Magic
God's magic, A butterfly, a rare unique creature that
breaks away from a cocoon and magically takes flight,
reminding us of love,
for love is elusive, rare and magical.
God's magic, a newborn child, with the eyes of wonder,
and the smile of an angel.
God's magic, The raindrops, falling from heaven,
To dance in, and to see the magical rainbow appear,
when the rain has ended,
God's magic,
The birds flying across blue skies
as white clouds of soft cotton pass over us,
close to heaven.
God's magic, Amidst the dirt and dust,
God sees the gold in each of us.
I believe in magic,
God's magic.
