Behind distant eyes there is no fairy tale,
Only hidden tears that have never fell,
A heart that is chilled to the bone,

Sometime her heart beats a little too fast,
Pain is hiding underneath the mask,
She feels like all hope is gone.

Fate sometime will cheat a heart of love,
Having a heart beat isn't always enough,
A lonely night feels so wrong,
In the dark she's alone,
There isn't anyone that knows her well,
Of the heart that is tired and frail,
Lonely tears fall to a sad song,
In the dark she's all alone.
The light is out ,she turns it on,
The night is always way too long.
Tears start to fall ,is this really a home?
