~My Shield~
(Couplet)
My Mighty Shield is God the Most High
He who sees my sorrows and listens my cry.
He dries each and all of my tears away
And my pain for me He bears every day.
For me He will sharpen always his Sword
And protect me from my foes...He is my Saviour My Lord.
He keeps me safe from all the wicked
From the ground before He has me picked
He will bend and string his bow
For me his Divine and Infinite love just flows
He makes ready for me His flaming arrows of truth...
And with patience and love He tells me to follow the right route...
