Stopped
STOPPED
Awed and blinded, then
STRUCK
struck by a powerful vehicle
A vehicle that becomes part of one
so much so, that it becomes your alter ego
An affair of words
to make love
with keyboards and letters;
sentenced passions
climaxing in poetry
and exchanged data
beyond that monitor bed
Fingers caress keys
in strokes that tingle the imagination
and feed the mind
Emotional Excitement!
Poetic Intercourse!
of life
On white satin sheets,
of electronic page,
be seduced
to create images
with adverbs
so you, too, will be
STOPPED
awed and blinded, then
STRUCK
