This Is Me ... (GOD)
Do you feel
the wind blow
across your face?
This is Me. (God)
Do you smell
the scent of the
flower, I gave to thee?
Do you see
the lightening
bolt from the sky?
It energizes the
earth and there are
many more reasons why.
Do you feel
the kiss of a
child on your cheek?
They have
such an innocence
and they are so meek.
Do you see
that one who
is downtrodden
and needs a smile?
They are weary
and worn out, and
they have come many a mile.
Do you have
an ache in your
heart that needs a touch?
You had
a rough day,
but I love you so much.
Do you
ever wonder
why the grass is green?
Or ever
wonder why,
some people need
to demean?
Do you
love Me enough
to allow Me to give
you a new start?
I'm just waiting
for you to ask Me to
come into your life and heart.
Would you
trust Me with
your whole life today?
You would
not be
disappointed,
I want
to come for
a visit and stay.
