Heart Of The Matter

Do Not Disturb

Do not disturb,
I'm on a roll,
My problems shelved,
And on the whole,
I'm coping better,
For today,
The problems shelved,
But yet, they stay,

I'm thinking,
I should get away,
And leave it till,
Another day,
I can't decide,
On what to do,
Carry on,
Or start anew.

For now I sit,
Upon a fence,
And think of you,
In present tense,
Yet knowing still,
You are the past,
The present, and,
The future last.
