Cherished Gift from God

1 Corinthians 1:4-9

I always give praise and thank God for you,
Grace given you in Christ each day through;
So in Him you have the wealth of all things,
With the blessing of knowledge He brings;
Even as a witness of Christ has been made,
In having every grace from the price paid;
You're living in the hope of the revelation,
Of our Lord Jesus Christ and our relation;
For he will give us strength unto the end,
Not just husband and wife also as a friend;
In a marriage for to be free from all sin,
By our Lord Jesus Christ cleansing within;
God is true and we have been given parts,
With His Son Jesus Christ in our hearts.
I praise God for how I am living my life,
That He has given me a wonderful wife;
For if it was not for Him guiding me here,
My future may have still been so unclear;
For it was her faith that turned me around,
Thanking her and God for a new faith found.
