Thank You, Dr. PhilI have learned so much from a man I have grown to love, Gee, where was he all those years ago when I needed this gentle shove? He taught me, I must look deep inside to “get it.” Early on though, this drove me nuts, my insides were in a fit. I learned I cannot change that, which, I will not acknowledge, My thinking had to change and to do this, I did not need a degree, from a college. He taught me and the most important thing I learned, Is, I am responsible, for teaching people how to treat me, so I will not get burned. From him, I learned, I am deserving of a healthy life, I no longer have to be afraid, to stand back and observe, around me, all the strife. He is forthright and honest with people he does face, He challenges them and encourages them in their place. With his help, I could look at the child in me, who was wounded and lost, When I did, I grew leaps and bounds and this was the cost. Thank you for loving people, Dr. Phil McGraw You gave me, tools for living and to become a person, other than, that, which I saw.
