Runer And Superstar!Way To Go Paula!! First of all CONGRATULATIONS! You really are a star! And you will always be loved by all! No matter where in life you are! The marathon started, you were off, And the crowd was cheering you on, There was no doubt, for this was fact! Wow, what a fantastic run! You never failed, never faltered! And we all know ‘you' are the best! And yes, I saw the effort and pain, For upon your face it was etched! But never did you wavier or falter, You ran to your very best, You worked so hard, and strength you found, You were really put to the test! That's a really long haul to ride, And the effort that it took you all… Must have been tremendous, And from ‘your' pedestal you will never fall! For that is where we have you! And no matter where you go! Always remember the love and support! That especially for you will always flow! You will always be the champion! So I just wanted to tell you so! For you are worshiped by the mass! Trust us; we're the ones to know! So emotional you were, as we all would be, It's allowed and isn't weak!! For the goal you wanted was not to be, But still our true adulation you did reap! You certainly weren't alone! For we all shed tears for you too, So let them scoff their stupid jokes! For we all know the worth of you! So way to go Paula!! You superstar! And remember these words I tell! You ran that marathon superbly! And gave all the other runners hell! Marathons are hard work, we know, But unless we walk the walk, We will never really know how much, And Paula, there's always talk! I watched you the whole time through, And urged you on and on!
